How to get InControl training?

I landed a job managing a network for a company of about 40 people, and I have no formal network education. I work remotely now and use InControl2 but struggle to know how to set everything up. Some of the configuration was done on the router before using InControl2.

Is there a training or video somewhere on using InControl2? Like a how to set up video? I want to get some traffic steering working, and load balancing.

How do I find trainings?
How do I find a tech to hire?
