How to disconnect

Hello, could you please help? We got internet installed on the ship, and it’s wonderful =).
Please tell me how to disconnect from the network.
Here’s the problem:

  1. I’m connecting to WiFi, for example, on a laptop.
  2. I want to connect my phone, but it can’t, giving me the error “concurrent session limit exceeded 1926-A4EB-AF76B.”
    I’ve disconnected from the network by simply turning off WiFi, but that doesn’t help.

Hi There!

It sounds like you have Captive Portal enabled which only allows the user to be signed into 1 device at a time. You should contact whomever setup your system and request guidance on the configuration.
