How to create wired VPN tunnel using Surf SOHO and Surf-on-the-go

I’m connected with wire from cox ISP to an ARRIS 8200 to the SOHO router to my computer. I have also a Surf-on-the-go. Is there a way to in combination, create a secure wired VPN tunnel from my computer to the internet? (as opposed to using software and service such as Proton VPN?). thank you

VPN requires two endpoints. So you want to create a VPN from where to where? From your home network to ? Have you looked at Peplink’s Speedfusion cloud?

Surf on the go is EOL and not receiving updates. I tend to avoid products that don’t receive updates for security reasons.
