How to connect 3 peplink routers?

Hello,

I have just purchased 3 peplink routers:

  1. B One 5G (Location A)
  2. B One (Location B) : public static ip
  3. B One (Location C) : public static ip

I want to connect the router #1 to the other 2 routers (router #2 as main, and router #3 as backup if the other disconnects/fails)

How to do it step by step?
