How to configure SFC to turn off if only one WAN connection is available

On my B One 5G, I have configured SFC to use my 2 WAN ports in Dynamic Weighted Bonding mode, and it seems to be working fine, but I would like to have it turn off if there is only a single WAN connection available, as there is no need to waste my subscription and add to the latency when it is doing nothing for me.

My WAN interfaces are configured as follows:
Priority 1 (SFC enabled):
WAN 1
WAN 2

Priority 2 (SFC disabled):
Cellular

How would I configure this, or is it even possible?

This is risky as the minute one of the WANs has an issue, you would stop the SFC and your sessions… You can cheat and put the ping check of the WAN1 on the ip of the WAN2 and vice versa…
