If you use a router to block access to iTunes, block outgoing connection to the following;

tunes.apple.com.akadns.net

17.254.2.170

17.254.4.130

If you use a firewall, block the following ports;

TCP 3689

UDP 5353

Hello Jonathan,

You should be able to block Google Play by denying TCP and UDP ports 5228 - 5230 and by adding the following domains to the Customized Domains block list:
ggpht.com
andorid.clients.google.com
www.googleapis.com
gvt1.com
play.google.com

Sorry Jonathan, I have no ideal about your question. All things I know are how to get rid of iTunes limitation and play iTunes movies and TV shows on any device, platform, as well as media player with DRmare M4V Converter.
Step 1. Import iTunes library to this software
Step 2. Set output format for devices
Step 3. Start to Convert iTunes videos
