How to block TikTok on MAX BR1

Hi,
Can anyone give me advice and examples of how to block TikTok in the MAX BR1 router on board a fishing vessel?

You can start by adding a customized domain to Content Blocking (Advanced > Firewall | Content Blocking) which does a surprisingly good job for tiktok.

But if your users are determined then you have to look to block vpns and proxies and all the other stuff they will use to bypass this content block…

Yes. I’ll add to that we also use Pi-Holes to place additional barriers to folks getting to undesirable sites such as Tik-Tok, Facebook, Temu, etc. We have many of them out there doing good things. Easy to build with a raspberry pi.

Don’t forget the AdGuardHome…

Devices capable to run docker, can download the image to run this.

We have a guide on this (AdGuard Home using Docker on Peplink): https://support.llamanetworks.com/hc/en-us/articles/36175199590419-Creating-a-Docker-Container-on-a-Peplink-Device

Just a note that the BR1 does not have the capability to use Docker, but a BR2 Pro would.
