How to avail Unlimited Email Support (8×5)

I am new in forum and not really sure if I have post in the right place. We are IT Company based in Doha Qatar and would like to ask if how we can avail the Unlimited Email Support (8x5) as mentioned in this link:

We are using several Pepwave devices including Pepwave max on-the-go
