How to adjust outgoung bandwidth for server upload in admin/manager

The server solution on board is in the Admin / master network and today it takes up all the bandwidth when replicating data, in this connection we wonder if we can enter a rule in the firewall that limits outgoing bandwidth to the following subnet: 34.223.45.0/24

You can’t use a firewall rule for that, but you could use QoS > Bandwidth Control.
Add the server to a new group (ie guest)
