Hello Sir,

I want to know what exatcly time was Peplink 380 sold the hardware for customer.

And Does peplink product have routine for EOL & EOS !

Hi. Welcome to the forum!

As in how long has it been sold? Pretty sure the Balance 380 was launched in June 2007. That was HW1 - it looked like this:

Over the years more advanced firmware features required more advanced hardware you can see the hardware revisions and their launch dates here: What Is The Difference Between Hardware Revisions of Peplink Balance 380?

EOL & EOS of those hardware revisions and complete product lines is at the moment not documented or announced very well. I expect someone from Peplink will be able to explain that better.
