How do I transfer the config from my Peplink B20 to B-One?

Dear support.

I would like to migrate the configuration from B20 device to B-One.
Are there any other methods available besides utilizing InControl2?

Using IC2 is ideal as you can use tags/groups to apply most configurations to devices. If you have configured everything locally, you can reach out to your Peplink Partner to possibly use the Balance Configuration Conversion tool, though Iā€™m not sure it will work from Balance 20 to B One.

Yes, I would also prefer to convert Peplink device from a B20 to B-One by IC2.

B20 is a old model and it able to support up to firmware 8.3.0 only. The minimum firmware for B One is 8.4.0. For this case, manual conversion is required. If you need help, please PM me and I can setup a device for you to load the config and copy/migrate the configuration.
