How do I open a diagnostic report?

Hi,

I’m trying to open the diagnostic report from my MAX-BR1. I either can’t figure out what format to open it as or it is encrypted in some way. Every text editor I have tried opens it to jumble of random and unavailable characters. How do I open this file?

It can only be read by our internal support personnel. If you are having an issue you can open a support ticket and include the report along with the problem description. Thanks.
