How can I determine if a used Pepwave Max 700 is still tied to another account?

I am looking to buy a Pepwave Max 700 router and want to find out it is attached to anyone else’s account before purchasing it. The seller will give me the serial numbers if that’s helpful. Never used this before but read it can be a problem with used.

When you get the serial number, try to add it to your organization. IC2 will inform you if the SN is already/still registered with another organization. (If it allows you to add it then you cancel the registration, of course.)
