Hotspot firmware or App for Balance 20?

Instead of buying a Hotspot gateway in addition to my Balance 20, is there firmware or an add on module I can get to run Hotspot functions directly with my Balance 20?

Hi there,

At this time the Balance 20 does not have WiFi WAN capabilities. On our larger models (Balance 380 and up) however, we do have our WLAN controller add on module that does allow you to manage the Pepwave AP One N Band capable APs directly from the Balance interface.

But his question wasn’t about WiFi. It was about managing transient users. He never said they were wireless.

Thank you for the clarification. Ultimately the answer is still the same, there are not add on modules for the Balance 20 available for Hotspot or otherwise.
