I’m using a SOHO with the current firmware–8.2.1.
On 11/19 ATT cut my 4G service because I exceeded 100gb for the month. I have a 100gb for $55/month Data (hotspot) plan. I did not go online to check my usage. Nor did I get an email from ATT, like I do with VZW.
The problem is keeping track of my SOHO data usage because ATT has me on a billing schedule from the 21st to the 21st, not the 1st of the month. So when I look at my SOHO monthly usage–I do not get the real data because it resets on the 1st of the month.
Is there a way to change this so it resets on the 21st?
One other question–Is there any way to export the shown 1 month history of my SOHO Daily usage. It just took me over an hour to copy the HTML data from each day, paste the HTML into Notepad so I get plain text, copy that and paste it into a spreadsheet so I can analyze over the month which connected device is using data.
