HELP with Balance 30 IPSEC Site to Site VPN

I just purchased several Balance 30. They are all running firmware 5.3.12

I JUST CANNOT get two of the Balance 30 to connect an IPSEC site-to-site VPN tunnel. The options are there in the GUI but I have tried everything

Can someone post instructions or sample settings. I am going with 3DES and SHA1 for Proposal 1 and 2.

I AM DESPERATE

We invested a lot of money (for us atleast) on the Balance 30s

Do you have any entries on either BPL30 in the event logs (Status > Event Log) related to IPSec?

Hi Vikram,

As we discussed over the phone, putting the modem in bridged mode with a public IP address on the Balance should resolve the issue.
