I am trying to get a new Centurylink C3000Z router connected to a Balance 30. We had an older Centurylink modem attached and working but at some point it failed. We just upgraded to faster service with 140 mbps with a new router and the router is working fine if you connect direct with a device, but I cannot get the Peplink to connect to it. I have trouble checked the PPPoE user name and password. Any suggestions?
