Help needed with Starlink App connecting to antenna

We need some helps with Starlink High Performance Flat with Peplink B One 5G.

Observed behavior

  1. When WAN Health Check is enabled, the connection test fails. In this state, we cannot reach the Starlink antenna web console at http://192.168.100.1 from the LAN.

  2. If we disable WAN Health Check, the WAN shows “Connected” and we can then reach http://192.168.100.1.

  3. I can reach the antenna page using a browser launched from a mobile device, but on the same device, when I open the Starlink App, it will not detect the Starlink antenna.

We need to connect to the Starlink Antenna to check on the status especially when it is not able to connect.

What happens if you enable Starlink on the WAN Port?
Does Peplink see that state and telemetry from Starlink?

Also - The App should work if Starlink is primary (and only WAN) enabled.

I would recommend using PING as health check (1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8), and ensure you set MTU to 1500, use DHCP and auto DNS.
