Help needed with Device IP Settings and Captive Portal

All,

I am using Device IP Settings to manage different IP addressing for each of my B One or Balance 20.

I am also using Captive Portal from Incontrol2 to manage internet usage.

Please advise how to set up Captive Portal when using Device IP Setting.
