HD4 flash memory issue

Hi to everyone,
I have a MAX-HD4-LTEA-W.
When I try to save the configuration it appear the attached message.
“… router failed to write configuration data to the flash memory”.
It is also impossible do upgrade the firmware (automatically and manually).

I tried a software reset, an hard reset with physically button but nothing change.
It is an hardware problem?

Sounds like it. Download a diagnostic file from the status screen and open a ticket for engineering to take a look.
