HD2 vs Transit Duo

My goal is to have 2 SIMs that are both activate at all times and have the potential to load balance.
The Transit Duo is substantially cheaper than the HD2, but I am trying to figure out why.

The only difference I see is that the HD2 has an extra WAN port, separate antennas for wifi wan, support for PoE, and some speedfusion stuff which I don’t plan on using. Are these the only differences?

Can someone explain what the extra wifi wan antennas are used for?
The Transit Duo supports Wi-fi as WAN already, is this the same thing?

The HD2 has 2 Ethernet WAN ports, a dedicated Wi-Fi as WAN chipset, additional LAN ports, and full SpeedFusion capability including bandwidth bonding and hot failover.

The Transit DUO is a great choice if you only need load balancing! Thanks
