HA failover on WAN interface

Hi

I have a pair of Balance 380s configured in HA mode and I have two ISP links, pretty much as in this link.

What happens in this scenario if I have failure on a WAN interface between the switch and the Peplink? For example, someone unplugs a cable between WAN1 and the switch so that WAN1 is down for the primary but not for the secondary. Will the secondary take over? The documentation doesn’t cover this scenario.

In this scenario if WAN 1 goes down the master will fail its health check for that WAN. The following criteria will cause an HA failover:

Hardware failure or no power.
LAN down.
All WANs down.
