We have Balance One Core connected to Avaya IP Tel (IP Office) but suddenly calls using H323 are being dropped every 6 mins while SIP calls are not affected neither is data communications.
We have already allowed H323 Service PassThrough but problem remains. Couple of months ago similar issue was temporary solved fixing LAN speed instead of Auto negotiation but not this time. Running firmware 7.1.0 build 3433.
Many other sites on the same customer are running similar arrange with no issues at all. Packet Capture si not feasible due to customer lack of technical abilities.
