Our organization is planning to implement a High Availability (HA) setup using two Peplink Balance 580X units. The WAN connections will be a mix of Fixed IP and PPPoE. Since I have no prior experience with HA configuration on Peplink devices, I would appreciate detailed guidance on the following:
- How to properly configure HA (VRRP) between the two 580X units.
- Best practices for setting up WAN links when one is Static IP and the other is PPPoE.
- Any specific considerations or pitfalls I should be aware of during the configuration process.
- Recommended testing steps to ensure failover works smoothly.
