Newbie question. I have just setup a Guest Portal on my cloud InControl. Do I need to create a separate SSID for this? If not, how does using a single SSID work with that? I have authentication already setup with my existing SSID.

Yes, you need to enable Web Portal Login in your desired SSID. In InControl, go Configuration > Pepwave AP One 300M / AP Pro (11agn) (If you are using AP One 300M) > Click one profile from your Configuration List > Wireless > More > Select your SSID > Web Portal Login > Enable.
