I am experiencing an issue with the Guest Account Management feature on InControl 2 regarding the automatic quota reset.
- Configuration Details:
Feature: Captive Portal - Guest Account Management.
Data Usage Quota: 5 GB.
Reset Schedule:Reset quota every 1 month on the 1st day at 12:00 AM. (See attached screenshot).
Time Zone: My device/group is located in Vietnam (UTC+07:00).
- The Issue: Today is December 1st, 2025. It is currently past 4:00 PM (Local Time, GMT+7). However, the data usage for my guest accounts has NOT been reset.
The accounts still show “0 B left” or high usage accumulated from the previous month.
My “Bandwidth and Usage Report” for today (Dec 1st) shows very low traffic (approx 8GB total WAN), while the Guest Management screen shows users having consumed their full quotas, indicating the counter did not clear.
