Hi,
I have a group of devices with users only having access to this group. When I give one of these users the “Group Viewer” role, he cannot use InTouch. When giving the InTouch role, he cannot see the status/reports/settings of the device. I don’t want to give the “group administrator” role. How can I make sure he can see all status/settings and use InTouch together? Shouldn’t InTouch be an optional setting in each role? Thanks.
