We have several dozen vehicles that all lose GPS while in use. We have to reboot the device (Windows 10 or 11, Dell and Getac devices), Restart the Peplink inside Incontrol, and start the MobileCom.
Has any organization had this issue on all their vehicles?
We have dual Sims. One to one carrier, and second Sim to another career.

Many eyes have looked at this, but no solution found. Curious to know if anyone else had most of their fleet do this, and what was done to correct.

Most of our fleet is on firmware 8.3.0.5315 or higher.
22 devices on 8.2.1.5195.
118 devices on 8.3.0.5315 or higher.
Interesting find! I am new on this technology. I am going to look into this more closely and see if the 22 on old version get more calls than the ones on newer firmware.
