With the Social Captive Portal Google ID, will the passengers be able to give a google review?

Do you mean if a guest signed in with his/her Google ID at a restaurant’s Wi-Fi, could he/she give a review to the restaurant on Google Places in Google Maps?

Yes, our units are being used in Bus/RV, would they be able to give review once they sign in using their google ID?

Currently users could only submit a Google Places review through the Google Maps. There is no API for submitting a review. So I could only suggest you to get the restaurant’s Google Places URL (by clicking the Share button on the restaurant’s screen on the Google Maps), and put the URL to your captive portal’s Landing Page setting in IC2. After guests sign in, they could open the place’s screen on the Google Maps and optionally submit a review.
