Getting update modem support for MAX OTG?

I just updated my MAX OTG to 6.3.4 build 2625, but the modem list is 1019. I need 1020 to support the Huawei E8372… Any clues how I can get that updated support? Or do I need a newer model?

You can check the Status page of the router to confirm the HW revision and if it is HW1 then it cannot be upgraded past 6.3.4

Michael, did you tested the USB modem in MOTG that running modem package 1019 ? If it’s not working, please open a support ticket here to request for the USB modem driver.
