I have outbound to China as well as some other countries blocked. It seems that there are quite a few Chinese websites that are not being blocked.
A quick test of some websites located in China listed at:
Top 10 Most Popular Chinese Websites (UPDATED)
and verification of Chinese origin at:
IP Address Lookup | Geolocation
Shows that Chinese origin websites are getting through. (Though some are in fact being blocked blocked.)
I haven’t had the time yet to really test other regions out but even if it’s just China it’s an issue.
