FusionSIM data usage doesn’t appear in usage locally

I have a MAX BR Pro 2.
Cellular 1 SIM A is a regular SIM card.
Cellular 1 SIM B, 2A and 2B are not populated.
Cellular 2 has a FusionSIM which works fine.
When I go to look at my local system, for usage for hourly/daily/monthly, I have dropdowns for:

  • Cellular 1 SIM A
  • Cellular 1 SIM B
  • Cellular 1 Peplink eSIM
  • Cellular 2 SIM A
  • Cellular 2 SIM B
  • Cellular 2 Peplink eSIM

Only Cellular 1 SIM A shows data usage. All the other are 0.
I can see FusionSIM being used in the realtime graph, and I can also see on my dashboard that I have used some of the data.

Is there any way to get FusionSIM data usage to show up in the hourly/daily/monthly reports on the client web admin?

I can see the data just fine via InControl2, but would like to see it locally too.

@PurdueGuy this seems to be a feature request, so I have moved it to the relevant section.

We had a similar request and the team was notified to review the feasibility of supporting this feature. Stay tuned.

Personally, I’d really consider it more of a bug notification than a feature request, as it’s treated differently when it shouldn’t be. Either way, I’m hopeful that it will be addressed.
