FusionHub solo licenses can't be re-used?

Not that it’s much of a problem as you can just request a new one but I’ve had 0 success re-using a fusionhub solo license after it’s been released by in-control.

You go to activate the new hub and it throws an error that it failed to activate (although it then gets tied to the license in in-control).

FWIW (and with no constructive solution I am afraid): We have routinely established and later taken down Fusionhub Solo appliances on UpCloud and Vultr, reusing licenses multiple times for new instances around the globe (until the year is up, at which point the renewal costs $29).
