Fusionhub <> Router: SpeedFusion VPN Profile: Same settings on each device?

Hi,

I just setup a FusionHub on a Virtual Server and everything is working fine.

Concerning the SpeedFusion VPN connection between the FusionHub Server and different Peplink Routers I’m asking myself if I need to adjust the Profile settings to the same settings?

For example if I want to adjust FEC and/or WAN Smoothing, do I need to do it on the Router and the FusionHub Server, or only at the Router?

And what happens If I do have for example 3 Routers accessing the same FusionHub Server and the routers do have different settings?

These settings affect transmitted packets from the device they are set on. If you want FEC in both directions you’ll need to set it up on both ends of the device profile.

The settings on the remote peers only affect their outbound traffic, they don’t conflict with each other.
