Can the fusionhub application be installed on NordVpn or another vpn that offers an apple IOS interface?

Can you explain what is your final goal/application?
You cannot install FusionHub on NordVPN. You may just be able to make some connection with them, eg via IPSec if they allow that. Please check the specification of VPN providers.
In the other hand maybe you don’t need third party VPN but can create your own private network using FusionHub together with Peplink routers. If you explained your problem, we may advice better.
Regarding iOS interface, FusionHub supports secure L2TP and OpenVPN protocols for remote access, which should be compatible with your handheld device.
