Fusion hub Virtual appliance - Cannot connect to license server, please check internet connection

Hi Guys,

Am setting up a Fusion Hub Virtual appliance and have given the appliance full internet access but it is showing “**Cannot connect to license server, please check internet connection.”
**when i try and apply the licence.

Is there an issue with the licence server and is it possible to get onto the command line of the virtual appliance to try some connection tests?
