adding pep wave to the org devices failed due to Froud or stolen devices that IT admin purchased. error is email [email protected] . got no respond from tech support after 2 days .

I think what you’re saying is that you had an issue claiming Peplink devices due to them already being claimed. If your IT Admin purchased these devices from an authorized Peplink reseller or eTailer, please have your IT Admin reach out to that authorized source to raise the issue.
However, if your IT Admin purchased these devices from a non-authorized source, there isn’t really anything Peplink can do here.
