Forwarding data across subnets

Hi all

I have packets arriving on a Peplink on a ethernet port. Note that the destination addresses of these packets is not the Peplink itself, but other devices in the same subnet. I need do forward these packets to several devies in a different subnet. For this, I would like to encapsulate these packets and send them to the broadcast address of the second subnet.

Any idea on how to do this?
Thanks!

I would try using UDP relay under Advanced > Misc Settings and see if that fits your needs.

That would be perfect for my needs, the only issue is that the data on subnetwork A is not broadcast. It would have to be re-packaged somehow into broadcast/multicast packets.

I think you need to explain what you’re trying to achieve at an application level first and then we can work out the traffic flows / routing.

If its not multicast traffic on source subnet A then what is it and why do devices on subnet B need it?

Private Message me if you need to be secret squirrel about it…
