Force traffic from different vlan through Balance 380

I have a Peplink 580 at one site and a 380 at the other. They are separate vlans, 100 and 200 (580 side). The internet is on the 380 side. Traffic coming from the vlan 200 side won’t exit the peplink on the 380 side. How do I force this to happen? Can I set a static route or something?

If you have SpeedFusion between these two Peplinks and you want to force traffic internet traffic through the VPN, an outbound policy rule in the 580 will do this. You can use either the priority or enforced algorithms to send all traffic through a SpeedFusion VPN.

I don’t have SpeedFusion between them. Would that solve the problem? They are just separated by a fiber optic cable but are on separate vlans.
