Firmware version 6.2.1 problems with IP forwarding mode

I have a setup for which one of the WAN port use IP forwarding.

With firmware version 6.2.0 everything works OK

With firmware 6.2.1, the clients fails to access the Peplink.

Please see attached file.

Please help.
