I’m upgrading the firmware to 8.1.3. It’s on 79% and hasn’t moved in 5 minutes.
I just had this same exact issue happen to me today too (new Surf Soho). I just eventually refreshed the browser since I no longer saw the light on the front of the router flashing anymore. I figured it was probably safe to do - it was stuck at 79% for so long. After doing that all seemed to be fine and the routers firmware was indeed updated. Don’t know why this happens though.
Not unusual at all. At some point the router has to reboot and when it does all connected devices are disconnected. Chances are simple page refresh will get you back in. Granted, it would be nice if the display said it was rebooting, but again, this is par for the course.
