Was given new firmware for MAX BR1 MK2 version 8.1.3 build 5250 to install. Previous firmware 8.1.3 build 5030. When manually loading new file, errors out " File size exceed allowed limit" What am I missing? tried reboot to free up temp memory, still no luck
You should pose this question to the person(s) who provided that firmware.
If it was a special firmware provided by support - you should engage with support regarding this question.
I do have a ticket opened with Mobile Must Have, but wanted to see if forum had an answer.
