I have a Balance 305 with firmware version 6.3.5s017 build 3643, but I can’t update it, it keeps giving me an image error.
Can anyone give me a suggestion on how to solve this problem?

Look at the Hardware Revision of your device…
Can it support up to date firmware version?
also… . first you need to upgrade your device to 7.1.2 software version.

Look at status page… look at hardware revision… Is your box a hardware 1 ?
So… there no update version for it… You cannot update it to 7.x.x or 8.x.x
Got this from the support page:
- Balance 305 HW1 6.3.4 ;;; sorry… end of road for your device.
The 6.3.5s017 I am not sure… but 6.3.5s020 was made for EDNS compliance.
