Looking for assistance in discerning the upgrade path for a new, BR1 Mini (which is not functioning correctly) to current firmware. Out of box, running 8.20. I see notes that 8.21 and lower cannot be updated to 8.3 →
You can use the built-in feature at System → Firmware to download the current firmware. You can also get it “manually” here. If you have HW1-2 the latest FW is 8.3.0. If you have HW3 the last is 8.4.1 right now.
