Using MAX HD4 LTE currently running 8.0.0 but will not connect to 4G.
4G vendor suggested update to 8.4.0. but HD4 reports “Invalid Firmware” after manual uploading with “fw-b1_210hw4_310hw4_br1ent_transit_m700hw3_hd2mini_hd4-8.4.0-build5595”
Firmware Upgrade hangs when trying to Upgrade automatically.
Am I using the wrong Firmware?
Try upgrading to 8.3.0 first before going for the 8.4.0. Also, check in the reboot section that the firmware is running the same version for both. If the second firmware is running something older than 8.0.0, upgrade this one to 8.0.0 first.
The logic is that you are upgrading the firmware you are not currently using. This may also be why you are seeing this error.

We were at 8.0.0, I had tried 8.3.0 and 8.2.0 all hung, finally 8.0.0 to 8.1.3 then automatic to 8.4.0 worked!
