Is it possible to manually downgrade firmware from 7.x or 8.x, back to 6.x? Are old firmware versions available to download?
Our users have unable to reliably use remote access via L2TP since 7.x, on Windows PCs. It works occasionally, most times there is a connection error. If we connect to a Balance using 6.x the L2TP connection works every time. The device I had been running 6.x is an old B380 which appears to have a hardware problem so I want to use one of our other Balance routers for remote access, but all of them have been upgraded to 7.x or 8.x.
