Great news! Upgraded one Balance Two, today, and it works fine.

I was hoping we’d see the Remote Access User DHCP reservation in this RC per @WeiMing 's comment here: Client Static IP - OpenVPN - #13 by WeiMing

@bbarker it is added under the System > Event Log.
And @Zakk_Stewart is right, it is added to InControl 2.14.0, where you will see it under the Device Details > Reports, if the log is enabled at the device.

this seems a very useful function.
