Installed 8.1.2 build 5113 to BR1-ENT. The Router Utility (iOS apps) cannot got the Cellular details such as RSSI / SINR etc… but IC2 is normal. Please check.
There are changes in the device firmware 8.1.2 which the upcoming Router Utility (2.1.2) will get this fixed. Please stay tuned.

I just tried 8.1.2 RC2 with Max Transit 5G (MAX-TST-5GD-T-PRM), and have the same issue I found with 8.1.2 RC1. Verizon Business SIM, with Operator = Auto, the cell connection is stuck at “Connecting…”. With Operator = Custom and APN = “vzwinternet”, cell connection is stuck at “Obtaining IP address…”. Those results were the same with Health check disabled and set to SmartCheck.
I reverted to 8.1.1s076 Build 5076, which works using default settings.

@gg.ia, our technical support is working with you in the ticket. Based on my understanding from the ticket, the fix will be available in 8.1.2GA firmware.
