Firewall settings in MAX HD4

HI;

A customer needs to have some correction rings set in the FW on a MAX HD4 on board a vessel for uploading video content, do you have any recommendations on how I can set this correctly in the device?
See the attachment below

By default non of these ports will be blocked outbound.
What is the end result you are after?

The technician from Bazeport wants to prepare the upload of content to the video server in advance of the ship arriving at the port, it was he who reported that these ports had to be opened. According to Bazeport, they did not get access to the equipment on board and believed that these ports could have been blocked in Peplinken.

Do you have a recommendation on where I should look to check if there are any blockages? I reach the device remote when the ship is out at sea.
