Firewall rule for specific ip

I would like to deny access to my device from specific ip address. Could anyone provide me a solution for this? Thanks.

It will come from outside of my Network. Please let me know if u have any suggestions.

You need to create a block inbound rule (Advanced > Firewall > Access Rules > Inbound Rule, and specify Source IP).
